Are these decent foods?
03.November, 2008
Okay, I try to eat (semi)health conscious. I know that I am not perfect and cannot eat perfect all the time (I do not want to.. I like some good food too!!!)
Does my meals for the day sound okay so far?
-breakfast: rice krispies, skim milk and prunes
-lunch: SOBE diet green tea, tomato bisgue soup in bread bowl
is that okay? what is a good snack for when I go in a while?
it is healthy but you need to add some protein in your diet try having some eggs for breakfast or some type of meat. a good idea for a snack is peanut butter and crackers because it will give you more protein.

You forgot the liquor. I'm not being a total smart-a** here; a glass or two of red wine a day has great health benefits.

sounds okay for a few days but you need protein at least once a day ,so either have some fish, eggs,or some meat. And plenty of vegetables. For snack have some fruit.

are you suggesting that you eat this every day? if you've just switched to a new regime you're going to tire of this pretty fast. you need variety and plenty more fruit and veg. as everyone is saying there's also no protein, so try add some fish in there somewhere. like I say, VARIETY is the key and treats here and there aren't terrible. you will go nuts if you eat this stuff every day, I swear!
