Are Tazo Zen Green Tea, fresh brew bags good for you?

i doubt that just plain hot water is better for you, but I am a tea lover and love all kinds of tea, bagged or loose leaf. Tazo Zen is one of the better brand green tea bags out there. And there are many kinds of bagged green teas because i always look for them.

    They are probably no better, nor worse than other Green Tea Bags.

    In Fact, I bet Hot water is just as good for you as green tea.
    But some of the expensive “oolongs” are delicious.
